CREDITS

Having written some code to aggregate 6000+ videos, it's impossible
to tell who the original authors of every archived video were.

That said, I'd love to give credit where credit is due, and the people
on the ground filming all this definitely deserve it.

This file is my first attempt to list all the primary sources I know of.
